Troubleshooting
Problem
The gateway is unable to start due to failure to start Java Virtual Machine.
Symptom
In the gateway log, the following errors are seen:
Error: E-GJA-102-030: [ngjava]: Failed to start the embedded JVM within the gateway process space. (JNI Error = -4)
Error: E-GTK-102-018: [ngtk]: Installed gateway pre-object start handler has failed to startup specific gateway components. (-19:General failure)
