Question

When will the IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) 6.4 products and IBM Tivoli Storage FlashCopy Manager (FCM) 3.2 reach End of Support (EOS)?

Answer

September 30, 2017 has been announced as the End of Support date (EOS) for IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) Version 6.4 products and for IBM Tivoli Storage FlashCopy Manager (FCM) Version 3.2. There will be no support extensions for TSM Version 6.4 products nor for FCM Version 3.2. To continue receiving support beyond September 30, 2017, upgrade to a current product release that has not yet reached end of support. Clients are encouraged to upgrade to the latest release of the product. See Latest Downloads by Version.
