Troubleshooting
Problem
When the Sterling Graphical Process Modeler (GPM) fails to launch, the information provided is very limited. In order to gather additional data for troubleshooting purposes, the Java console needs to be enabled.
Symptom
GPM fails to launch for the following reasons:
- Missing Permissions manifest jar
- Unable to load resource
- Connection refused
