Troubleshooting
Problem
I.T. administrator launches "Controller Configuration" on the Controller application server. Admin opens 'Database Connections' and highlights connection. Admin clicks 'test' button - the connection succeeds. Admin clicks 'run' button, which opens "Database Conversion Utility". Admin clicks "Connect" button, but receives an error message.
Symptom
** ERROR: java.sql.SQLException: IO Error: SO Exception was generated
