Troubleshooting
Problem
User opens an Excel spreadsheet. User uses the mouse or cursor keys to scroll around the sheet. This appears to be fast. Usewr then logs into Controller (by clicking 'Controller - Log on...'). Now when the user repeats the same tasks (scrolling with their keyboard cursor keys), there is a noticeable delay (possibly 3 or so times slower) during this scrolling.
Symptom
Moving the highlighted cell up/down/left/right (with cursor keys on keyboard) much slower after logging onto Controller (inside Excel link):
