Troubleshooting
Problem
User clicks "Transfer -> External data -> Import from Flat Files". User chooses an import specification, and then selects "client" under Import File provider. User then browses to where the import file (TXT or CSV) file is located. User clicks "Run". This process takes a very long time.
Symptom
Long time (delay / slow) when importing data into the Controller system.
