Below are listed steps to follow when experiencing printing problems in Impromptu and PowerPlay. The steps below are not specific to a printer driver or operating system.
You may not have the permissions on your system to perform some of these steps, in which case please contact your system administrator for assistance.
Problems may include: General Protection Faults or Illegal Operation errors when printing or when selecting Print Preview, incorrect displays in Print Preview or on the printed document, performance issues, font problems or errors when changing display types. The problems may be intermittent or consistent. One or all the steps below should help identify the issue.
