Problem

IBM DevOps Test UI (DTUI, Test UI) script execution via Jenkins fails with this error:

Performance Test: The feature com.ibm.rational.test.lt.feature.mobileweb used in the test SampleTestName is not supported in the current installation or platform. Please refer to the workspace error log ({workspace}/.metadata/.log) for additional details.

Cause

The primary cause of the test execution failure is a version mismatch among the installed DevOps Test products (e.g., DevOps Test UI, Test Performance, and Test Integrations and APIs). This version conflict creates an incompatibility that triggers the failure during the build execution phase from Jenkins.

Resolving The Problem

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Open the IBM installation manager.
Navigate to File ->View Installed Packages.
Look for the Version column for other DevOps Products, for example: IBM DevOps Test UI, IBM DevOps Test Performance and IBM DevOps Test Integrations and APIs.
Verify that all DevOps Workbench products share an identical major and minor version number (e.g., 11.0.7) to avoid plugin conflicts in the shared directory.
If other DevOps Workbench products (for example: Test Performance, and Test Integrations and APIs) are not needed, removing those packages and keeping only DevOps Test UI will resolve the conflict.
