Problem
You would like guidance for troubleshooting NSX issues or for performing an NSX health check when using VMware Solutions on IBM Cloud.

To troubleshoot and resolve NSX issues, use the following checklist:
- vROPS (if available) - Review of NSX domain health, key components, Open alerts
- vSphere web client - Review Edge health
- Review Edge event logs - Review past few hours of logs
- NSX manager, by using the vSphere web client - Review NSX manager system event log
- NSX manager, by using the vSphere web client - Retrieve technical log bundle
- NSX manager command line - Review health of NSX components
- Example: show edge all
- NSX controllers, by using the vSphere web client - Review health of NSX controllers
- NSX controllers, by using the command line - Review health of controller cluster
- Example: get control-cluster status
