Troubleshooting
Problem
User clicks on 'Reports - Run'. User clicks tab 'Reports and Forms'. User selects a report and clicks 'run'. User receives error message. This problem is intermittent. If the user exits Controller, and re-launches Controller, the report will probably work OK.

NOTE:
The error message may vary depending on the version of Internet Explorer installed:
- 'HRESULT' error messages appear when the client PC has Internet Explorer 6 (IE6) installed.
- If Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) is installed on the client PC, the error will be similar to 'Description: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt' instead.
