Troubleshooting


Problem

Intermittently the end users will receive the error message. It can occur at any time, whilst performing any action, inside any menu item.

Symptom

Inside Controller:

Information
The connection with the server was lost.
Controller will terminate.
If a process was not completed, data may be lost.
Please check your work
 

 
Inside Excel link:

Contact with server lost.
You will be logged off from Controller Link!
