Troubleshooting i2 Analyze configuration

• Problem 1:
  com.i2group.apollo.externaldata.ExternalDataSourceRuntimeException: java.lang.NullPointerException
      at com.ibm.cf.daod.util.JSON.parseLogicalObjectJSON(JSON.java:1012)

• Problem 2:
  When searching, an error occurs. The following exception is displayed in the log files:

• Problem 3:
  When searching using the DAOD connector, the following exception is displayed:
  
  com.i2group.apollo.externaldata.ExternalDataSourceRuntimeException: No REST URL to Counter fraud management database was specified
• Problem 4:
  When trying to log in to the intelligence portal, the following error is displayed:
  
  Could not log in.  Unknown error: Unable to provision, see the following errors:
  1. Error in custom provider, java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Dimension values missing for while locating com.i2group.apollo.service.UserProvider
• Problem 5:
  When searching using the DAOD connector, the following exception is displayed:
  
  The external data source could not complete the requested operation. Try the most recent operation again. If this problem persists, contact your system administrator.i2.Apollo.Common.Exceptions.ExternalDataSourceException
  java.lang.RuntimeException: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: com.ibm.jsse2.util.h: PKIX path building failed: java.security.cert.CertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
• Problem 6:
  When searching for items using IAP, the following error is displayed:

• Problem 7:
  The DAOD connector is returning results as seen in the log files. No errors are visible in IAP; however, no results are returned when expected.
• Problem 8:
  When updating the i2 schema running setup -t clearData -s i2analyze, the following error is displayed:
  SQL10007N Message "-1390" could not be retrieved. Reason code: "3".
