** Troubleshooting** "Hmmm...can't reach this page" or "This page can't be displayed" when launch Controller Web in web browser

Troubleshooting


Problem

User launches Controller Web website (for example: http://<servername>:9080/#!/Login) in their web browser.
The web browser cannot connect to the website.

Symptom

The user receives an error which will vary depending on web browser, for example: 
   
Example #1 - Internet Explorer

Hmm, we can't reach this page.
Try this: Make sure you've got the right web address
