Troubleshooting
Problem
A user (for example 'XYZ') tries to perform an action in Controller (for example click 'Maintain - User - Manage Active Users'). An error appears. In most scenarios (for example #1 and #2 below) the message refers to a different user (for example 'ADM') - not the same user who gets the error.
