Troubleshooting
Problem
I.T. administrator logs onto the Controller application server. Administrator launches Cognos Controller Configuration, and opens the section 'Report Server'. Administrator clicks on green 'test' tick box. Administrator receives error message.
Symptom
IBM Cognos 8 Controller Configuration
Invalid Report Server URI.
