Troubleshooting


Problem

Customer is delivering Controller via Citrix (or is using Controller-on-Cloud, which utilises Citrix as part of its engine).

User launches Controller client. The screens look odd/black.

Symptom

The exact symptom will vary slightly (depending on the cause/scenario), but in general the Citrix published application looks black.
