Transformer is unable to delete checkpoint file .qyi in the temp directory

Troubleshooting


Problem

Error message TR0133. Unable to delete file qyi pops up every time Transformer is launched. Tried to: Delete the file. Unable to do so. Reboot the computer. Stop all Cognos Services and try to delete the file. Unable to do so. Cannot change the extension. Access to this file and the temp folder was specified to all. No restrictions.
