"Topic not found" when opening help in EWM Eclipse Client

Problem

Attempt to open online help in IBM® Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) results in "Topic not found".

Symptom

When you are opening a Help -> Help Contents from the EWM Eclipse Client main menu, in return you are getting:
