Problem
This technote identifies an issue that can occur in IBM® Rational® ClearQuest®. You might see the error "Jakrta - Tomcat error: 997 Got LOGOFF event" in the Microsoft® Windows® Event Viewer logs.
Symptom
This error appears in the Event Viewer application logs on Windows-based ClearQuest Web servers:
The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( Jakarta - Tomcat ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer.
