Troubleshooting
Problem
The default implementation of Teamserver/Decision Center on Tomcat Cluster, uses Session Replication to transfer info between nodes.The Spring framework used does not allow non web Session to be serialized and exception are thrown.
Symptom
Web interface will work without any issue. However API access will fail, i.e. access from Rule Designer or by code.
