Troubleshooting
Problem
If TM1 is installed on Windows 2008 as a regular user, even if they are part of the admininstrators group, and with UAC turned off, TM1Perfmon will not run and the "IBM Cognos TM1" performance object will not appear in the Microsoft performance monitor. (control panel->administrative tools - performance).
Symptom
tm1perfmon.exe on command line generates
failed with error: The specified object is not found on the system
