The level of support for TM1 iWidgets for Cognos TM1 10.2.2 depends on the version of Cognos BI installed:

Requires BI interim fix: Cognos BI Server 10.2.1.2 IF1 (http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24037657)

Fully supported.

    Troubleshooting tip:
    Issue:
    When Cognos BI and Cognos TM1 are installed on separate computers you might get an "access is denied “message when you open TM1 Web Charts or diagrams in “view mode”, using Microsoft Internet Explorer.

    Solution:

    • Chart and diagrams work in “do mode” using Microsoft Internet Explorer.
    • TM1 Web Charts and Diagrams work using Mozilla FireFox or Google Chrome browsers.
    • TM1 Web Charts and Diagrams work using Microsoft Internet Explorer if Cognos TM1 and Cognos BI are installed on the same computer.

Cognos BI 10.2.0 FP2

Requires BI interim fix: Cognos BI Server 10.2.0.2 IF9 (http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24037657)

    Troubleshooting tip:
    Issue:
    iWidget error session timeout when you add a cube view or Websheet in Microsoft Windows Explorer.

    Solution:
    Change Microsoft Internet Explorer privacy settings to "Low".
