Problem
IBM Personal Communications (PCOMM) does not support the TLS 1.3 security protocol over Telnet connections.
Symptom
PCOMM uses Microsoft Crytpo API (MSCAPI) services for secure connections. The Microsoft security service provider, Schannel, has not provided TLS 1.3 services yet therefore, PCOMM emulator sessions do not support the TLS 1.3 security protocol over Telnet connections.
