Troubleshooting
Problem
While running the Fix Pack installer in a Windows command line window the user gets an error message.
Cause
The user is running the install from a command line window that was not opened as Administrator.
Environment
Windows 2008 Server R2
Diagnosing The Problem
When running the TIP Fix Pack installer, the user will get a message as follows:
"251 not expected at this time" in the command line window.
Resolving The Problem
Before opening a command line window, the user must be logged in as the administrator. Only the Windows Server administrator has the proper privileges to run the Fix Pack installer.
