Timeout configuration setting options in an IBM Datacap Navigator environment

Troubleshooting


Problem

There may be occasions when unexpected timeout errors begin occurring in a Datacap Navigator environment. That can happen either via pop-up error messages or timeout errors given in some form of logs. Verifying the timeout setting configuration in only one location, will not coincide with the timeout value/error being given. Hence, other timeout configuration setting locations need to be verified as well.
