Time not displayed in Batch Queue (only date is displayed) in Controller 10.3.1 (RTM)

Troubleshooting


Problem

User clicks 'Maintain - Batch Queue - Manage'. User looks at the 'Started', 'Ended', 'Reg Time' and 'Last scheduled to' times. - All of them show the date, but not the time. - The same problem affects 'Maintain - Batch Queue - View'. This is different from previous versions of Controller (for example 10.3.0) where it shows both the date and time.
