Problem

Product Version: Impromptu Web Reports 6.0 Build: 613 Platform: WinNT Description: The following error message appeared when running a report: There was an error processing a page. Bad font object or font descriptor object Solution: The temporary PDF file has become corrupted. Do a search for any files with a CAC extension and rename them. If they cannot be renamed, shut down the following services: Cognos Communication Service (CER1) Impromptu Web Com Service Impromptu Web Service Manager If the CAC files are still open check to see if there are any pdfserver processes still active and kill them. If, after this action, the CAC file is still not released, then reboot the server.
