"There is an error in XML document" / "Access denied ... The Zone of the assembly..." errors when running calculation reports

Troubleshooting


Problem

User is trying to retrieve a calculation report. User launches "Calculate Report Formulas". User selects a report and tries to run it. User receives error. Administrative users receive different error from non-administrative users.

Symptom

If logged in as an unrestricted user (e.g. ADM):
