Is there any way to specify a default zoom setting in the AFP Web Viewer Plug-in?

Answer

Yes. You can configure the default zoom by editing the ftdport2.ini file located within the program directory of the AFP Web Viewer Plug-in. The default program directory for the plug-in is C:\Program Files\IBM\OnDemand AFP Web Viewer.

Under the [View:DEFAULT] section, add the Zoom parameter and configure the value according to the following formula:

Zoom=(1000 / "Zoom Percentage" )

For example, if you want the default zoom to be 150%, set Zoom=666. This was calculated with the following values, 1000/1.5=666.666. Your modified ftdport2.ini should now appear as follows:
