Test connection from SAP RFC Destination to Information Server fails

Problem

After configuring the IDoc Listener Program ID in DataStage administrator for SAP under IDoc Listener Settings, the connection test from SAP using transaction SM59 fails with the error: ERROR: Program XXXXXXX not registered.

Symptom

Using Information Server with Pack for SAP Applications v7.0. I've created an RFC destination in SAP and the Program ID is identical to what I've set up in the DataStage Administrator for SAP, but I receive the following error message when I try the connection test from within SAP with transaction SM59:

"ERROR: Program DSIDOC not registered"

Even after registering the program using transaction SMQS the same error message is received.
