RHEL VM - IBM Cloud OCPv

Access your resources:

Once you receive an email stating your reservation is ready, click on the reservation ID in your email to open the reservation.

CLI:
Navigate to the bottom of your reservation and download the ssh key. Copy the command attached above the ssh key and open a terminal window on your device.

ssh -i [key.pem] itzuser@[ipaddress] -p2223;

Note: You may get an error that the [key.pem] is "too open".

Please make [key.pem] more restrictive, i.e. "chmod 400 [key.pem] and try again.

VM Console:

Click on the Desktop URL at the top of your reservation page. You will be redirected to an index page where the details of your instance are listed. Click the blue Console button to open the novnc console in a new tab.

Using novnc allows additional controls to send commands which can be seen on the left side of the menu. These settings can be opened by clicking on the arrow menu.
