Problem
When starting the FTP server, it fails with message TCP3D2C -10. An error occurred in SSL processing.
Resolving The Problem
When starting the FTP server, it fails with message TCP3D2C -10. An error occurred in SSL processing, this could also be followed by TCP12F3 with errno 3021.
This error can get logged when the DCM stashed password gets out of sync with the *SYSTEM store password. To resolve this issue, you should do the following:
1. Log on to DCM *SYSTEM store.
2. Select Manage Certificate Store.
3. Select Change Password.
4. Change the password to the store.
5. Start the FTP server.
This error can also be that there is a certificate assigned to the FTP server or client that is no longer on the system
1. In DCM go to Fast Path>Work with Client applications or Server applications
2. Click Work with Application then "Update certificate assignment" and
"remove certificate assignment"
3. Assign new certificate if needed
