Tasks are failing in IBM Case Manager configuration tool with error: Server returned HTTP response code: 400

Troubleshooting


Problem

While attempting to upgrade the IBM Case Manager version and running the Tasks in the IBM Case Manager configuration tool you see the following output on the screen:

Server returned HTTP response code: 400

Output from the IBM Case Manager configuration tool logs shows: 

INFO Invocation Failure - 400

INFO Server returned HTTP response code: 400 for URL: http://server:9083/navigator/jaxrs/getDesktop?desktop=admin
