Problem
Must gather info before opening a case with the GSC:
Have they attempted to reset password? If not, please try this first. Note: Username is case-sensitive.
What is the name of the user?
What is his or her username?
What is his or her e-mail address?
What message is received when logging in?
What URL are you using to access Talent Suite?
Are you using SSO? If so please provide a screen shot of the error and a SAML trace file.
