These Release Notes contain information for the following products that was not available when the IBM Security Verify Governance Dispatcher10 manuals were printed:
Dispatcher10 Component Installation and Configuration Guide
The Dispatcher10 Component is designed to support integration between Security Verify Directory Integrator and Security Verify Governance Adapter. The Dispatcher10 is shipped with each Directory Integrator based adapter and is updated to the current release version with each adapter release. This package provides the Dispatcher10 as a separately shipped component to fast-track upgrade and maintenance delivery.
Review and agree to the terms of the IBM Security Verify Governance Adapter License prior to using this product.
The license can be viewed from the "license" folder included in the product package.

If we try to use below command to install the Dispatcher in ibm-svdi-10.0.0-LA0002
java.exe -jar DispatcherInstall.jar
then following error will appear:
Error: An unexpected error occurred while trying to open file
To solve the issue follow the Workaround as below:
use below command to install the Dispatcher:
java.exe -Djdk.util.zip.disableZip64ExtraFieldValidation=true -jar DispatcherInstall.jar

- IBM Verify Directory Integrator version 11.0.0
This component installs into IBM Security Verify Governance Directory
Integrator v10.0.0 or IBM Verify Governance Directory Integrator v11.0.0 on OS
supported by these products.

Dispatcher10 Installation Platform:
Dispatcher10 supports IBM Security Verify Directory Integrator 10.0.0, which is available only to customers who have the correct
Entitlement. Contact your IBM representative to find out if you have the entitlement to download IBM Security Verify Directory Integrator 10.0
Dispatcher10 Container Platform:
Dispatcher10 is delivered as a container image in the IBM Security Verify Governance Containerized Identity Manager (10.0.2 FP2 onwards) only to customers who have the correct Entitlement.
Contact your IBM representative to find out if you have the entitlement.
