System Error when using a third-party certificate in QRadar Network Security LMI

Troubleshooting


Problem

A System Error is displayed when using a third-party certificate Active in the Local Management Interface (LMI) of the QRadar Network Security (XGS) appliance.

Symptom

A System Error with the text Unable to load /lmi_ssl_certificate/xxxx status:405 is reported in the LMI of the XGS appliance, as shown in the screen capture below:
