Problem

Syntax error near unexpected token '(' & command not found errors when installing Sterling File Gateway with Oracle RAC

Symptom

Syntax error near unexpected token '(' and command not found errors are displayed while running InstallService.sh (on UNIX)\InstallService.cmd (on Windows) to install Sterling File Gateway with Oracle RAC URL in jdbc.properties.
This issue may also be found when you run InstallService.sh to install other .jar files.
