Problem
Status Change to Synonym of Internal Status
Symptom
A synonym, DEFERRED, for the work order status CLOSE is being used. If a work order is already in a CLOSE status, we don't want the work order to be able to be changed to DEFERRED. This is a problem when the inherit status change flag is set.
