Troubleshooting
Problem
Allocation tables are being used to map items within Admin Links. A synchronization is required and done by clicking on the 'Select for Validation or Synchronization' column for the Admin Link (within the Manage Links screen in the CAC). Once this option is selected and the Synchronize button is clicked, the job fails.
Symptom
Following error message can be seen in the error details in the Contributor Administration Console and within the planningerrorlog.csv file:
"Failed to logon to AFW, message was: 'E1008 Failed to logon to CAM. Logon aborted.'"
"Job Task {39770A7B-ABE4-469A-8DEF-36942CBA98C4} is not attempting JobEnd because there are 1 FAILED job items"
"The Job management step failed. An attempt has been made to mark the 'SYNCHRONIZE_LINKS' Job as CANCELLED. Please rectify the problem and re-create a similar Job.~~~~Job Task {39770A7B-ABE4-469A-8DEF-36942CBA98C4} is not attempting JobEnd because there are 1 FAILED job items"
"Unable to get Job Item~~~~The Job management step failed. An attempt has been made to mark the 'SYNCHRONIZE_LINKS' Job as CANCELLED. Please rectify the problem and re-create a similar Job.~~~~Job Task {39770A7B-ABE4-469A-8DEF-36942CBA98C4} is not attempting JobEnd because there are 1 FAILED job items"
