Troubleshooting
Problem
The plan mirror feature gets stuck and will not copy the plan to the database.
Symptom
Within the CHECKSYNC joblog, at the command line for JnextPlan, or at the command line for 'planman resync', the following message is repeated:
AWSJCL070I Symphony file load is not yet started
AWSJCL070I Symphony file load is not yet started
The SystemOut.log (9.4) or messages.log (9.5+) may have the following message repeated:
"AWSDEC007I Attempt to open non-events file."
"AWSDEC007I Attempt to open non-events file."
or
PlanUpdatePro E An internal error has occurred. AWSBDY102E An internal error has occurred. The program cannot access the mailbox or ftbox common area in memory. The pointer to the mailbox common area is NULL or the area is not initialized.
