Symphony application clients fail to connect due to 0 port number

Troubleshooting


Problem

An application's Symphony clients fail to connect to SSM and cannot run workload.

Symptom

The client fails to connect and cites an SSM url with an invalid port number of 0.
Domain <SOAM>: Unable to contact the IBM Spectrum Symphony system at "ssmhostname:0"
Normally disabling and reenabling the application resolves the problem.
