I'm running the FACTOR procedure using the FORMAT BLANK option to suppress printing of component or factor coefficients smaller than a given absolute value. This works for the output, but when I use the MATRIX OUT subcommand to save these to a file or dataset, the suppressed values are saved as 0 rather than blank. Is there a way to have these saved as missing?
