Abstract

IBM® System Storage™ N series users need to re-subscribe if they are currently subscribed to the following component of the "N series Host Based Software" product:

- Open Systems SnapVault

Content

It is strongly recommended that users not re-subscribe through MySupport; use the subscription services available from Subscribe link in the 'Stay informed' box section of the IBM Systems Support site.

Due to a classification change in the database that feeds the web site, users will need to change their subscriptions from the prior "N series Host Based Software" product's various components to the following newly-defined, application-specific product to receive the subscription content for Open Systems SnapVault.
