Troubleshooting
Problem
User clicks "Maintain > Rights > Users".User clicks 'New' and then clicks the browse ("..") button next to 'CAM User'.
User chooses an entry (for example "DOMAIN\Smith,John")
- Normally (most of the time) user then sees that this automatically populates several of the fields (including Name, email address)
- However, suddenly the users find that this no longer populates those fields.
Simultaneosly, customer also notices that Single Sign On (SSO) stops working.
- In other words, from the moment that the 'Maintain > Rights > Users' problem starts occurring, all users are also prompted to type in their Active Directory username/password (when they launch the Controller client).
Symptom
Normally (when the system is working OK) the fields "Name" and 'Email Address" get filled in:

However, after a failed IIS application pool recycle (see below for details) suddenly this functionality does not work as expected.
- Specifically, the fields "Name" and 'Email Address" do not automatically get filled in.
