Troubleshooting
Problem
System has been working OK for a long time (for example many months). Suddenly all users get the same problem (even though no changes have been made to the system). If a user launches Excel, and then clicks 'Controller - Log on' then an error appears. No users can logon.
Symptom

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
