Troubleshooting
Problem
From the root user, when sourcing twa_env.sh and then trying to switch to a different user received the error.
TWS on Redhat 8.2 and upper-level OS
Symptom
When using the su command to another user on linux host.
root@ip-x-x-x [/root]# su - iws

su: cannot open session: Module is unknown
