Troubleshooting
Problem
If there are two string columns in a table and you need to concatenate them, is it possible to maintain the spaces between the two sets of numbers? For example, column 1 is 5 bytes long, and column 3 is 3 bytes. When the + or CONCAT functions are used, they both seem to have the effect of a trim-trailing on column 1. Example: col 1 = AAA (but it's 5 bytes long) col 2 = BB result = AAABB Desired result = AAA BB
