Troubleshooting
Problem
User clicks "Maintain - Batch Queue - Manage" (or "Maintain - Batch Queue - View"). User sees a blue (or black) rectangular box which partially obscures the list of jobs.
Symptom
The colour of the box varies, depending on the user's value of "Visual Theme" (inside "Layout (2)" inside "Personal Defaults"):
- IBM Cognos Theme (Light blue box)
- Operating System Theme (Grey box)
