Still getting java.lang.OutOfMemoryError whatever the value of 'Maximum Memory in MB'

Question

TM1 Web or TM1 Application Web are getting unresponsive and Planning Analytics logs contain some errors java.lang.OutOfMemoryError. In Cognos Configuration, the parameter /Environment /TM1 Applications /Maximum Memory in MB has been increased a lot, but Java Out Of Memory errors are still happening the same way, with no improvement at all.
