Troubleshooting
Problem
Not able to start Sterling Integrator Instance and getting the below error upon trying to start the instance using ./run.sh.
The same error is logged in run.sh.txt
Symptom
Error Symptoms:
Pre Register node2
The private key cannot be retrieved.
The system passphrase is probably incorrect.
Error '1' starting Sterling B2B Integrator
Running hardstop.sh to ensure all processes have stopped.
killing noapp and ops
CmdLine2 PID not active...nothing to kill.
